This agreement outlines how Rushe operates as a themed travel photography community and what is expected from anyone who chooses to participate. Rushe is developed and maintained by Rushevalis.
It is not a publishing service, a marketplace, or a media outlet. It exists to host shared experiences contributed by its users.
The sections below are intentionally written to reflect real community behavior rather than idealized platform language.
Rushe is open only to users who are 17 years of age or older.
Access by individuals under 17 is not permitted.
By using Rushe, creating an account, or contributing content, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If an account is found to be operated by an underage user, access may be restricted and associated content may be removed.
Rushe provides technical space for:
· Publishing travel-related photographs and written posts
· Participating in themed activities or location-based discussions
· Browsing and interacting with content shared by others
Rushe itself does not create user content, does not select viewpoints, and does not act as a spokesperson for contributors. What appears in the community reflects the users who post it.
When you post content on Rushe, you allow the platform to:
· Display your content within feeds, topics, and activity pages
· Adjust formatting or layout to fit different screens and features
· Temporarily store and process content for moderation and presentation
This permission is limited to operating the Rushe service.
Ownership of your content remains with you, and the permission ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is required for safety review or legal obligations.
Rushe actively manages its community environment.
Moderation involves:
· Automated systems that detect obvious violations
· Human review of flagged or reported content
· User reporting tools that trigger review workflows
Content may be reviewed before or after publication.
When valid reports or feedback are received, we aim to review and take appropriate action within 24 hours, subject to volume and severity.
Rushe focuses on travel photography and participation around themed activities.
Content that clearly conflicts with this purpose is not appropriate, including material that:
· Breaks the law or violates personal rights
· Misuses images of others without permission
· Intentionally misleads or exploits viewers
· Disrupts community interaction or activity participation
Posting behavior that is spam-driven, manipulative, or abusive may result in account limitations.
You are responsible for every image, caption, and description you publish.
This includes responsibility for:
· Accuracy of representations
· Ownership or permission to use the material
· Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Disputes arising from user-posted content belong to the involved users, not the platform, unless required otherwise by law.
Community spaces involve interaction with content created by others.
While moderation exists, Rushe cannot guarantee that all content will align with individual preferences or expectations.
You are encouraged to engage thoughtfully and to use reporting tools when concerns arise.
To protect the integrity of the community, Rushe may:
· Remove or limit visibility of content
· Temporarily restrict participation
· Suspend or terminate accounts in serious cases
Actions may be taken without advance notice when immediate harm or policy violations are identified.
Rushe is an evolving product.
Features, participation formats, and community tools may change as the service develops.
Updated versions of this agreement will be made available within the app. Continued use reflects acceptance of those changes.
This agreement is governed by applicable laws as required by relevant jurisdictions. Mandatory local consumer protections remain unaffected.
Rushevalis maintains an official contact channel for:
· Content moderation questions or appeals
· Account or participation issues
· Complaints, legal notices, or rights-related inquiries
