Effective starting January 27, 2026
This document explains how Rushe, a community application focused on travel photography and themed participation, handles information during normal use. Rushe is operated by Rushevalis (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
Our approach to privacy is based on how the product actually works as a community space, not on abstract or overextended data collection assumptions.
Rushe is intended only for users aged 17 years and above.
We do not knowingly collect or process information belonging to individuals under the age of 17. If underage use is identified, related data may be removed and access may be restricted.
This policy applies solely to Rushe and does not extend to third-party websites or services that may be accessed through links within the app.
Because Rushe is a content-sharing community, some information is generated directly by user activity. This may include:
· Photos and written posts you choose to publish
· Comments, participation records, and interactions within themed activities
· Reports or feedback you submit regarding content or users
This information exists because you actively choose to participate in the community. Rushe does not generate this content on your behalf.
Content you post on Rushe is visible to other users based on app features and settings.
You remain in control of what you choose to share.
Rushe does not claim ownership of your content. However, the platform must temporarily store and process content in order to display it, moderate it, and support community interaction.
If you delete content, it is removed from public view. Limited retention may occur where necessary for moderation review, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
To maintain a safe and relevant community environment, Rushe processes:
· Content flagged by automated systems
· User-submitted reports and complaint descriptions
· Review decisions and moderation outcomes
These records are used only for community governance, abuse prevention, and policy enforcement. They are not used for advertising, profiling, or external sharing.
Rushe does not perform facial recognition or biometric analysis.
We do not:
· Identify or verify individuals based on facial features
· Extract biometric identifiers
· Use face data for authentication or tracking
Photos shared in the community are treated as standard visual content. Rushe does not analyze faces beyond basic image display and moderation needs.
Like most mobile applications, Rushe processes limited technical data to ensure stability and performance, such as:
· Device type and operating system version
· App version and basic usage diagnostics
· Crash or error reports
This information helps us maintain service reliability and improve app functionality. It is not used to build behavioral profiles.
Rushe may request certain device permissions depending on how you use the app. These permissions are optional and can be managed in your device settings.
Common permissions include:
· Photo Library / Gallery Access: Allows you to upload travel photos and images to the community.
· Camera Access: Enables you to capture photos directly within the app for posting.
· Microphone Access: Used only for text box voice-to-text input.
Rushe does not record, monitor, or store background audio.
· Activity Tracking (if enabled by the system): May be used for basic performance measurement and feature improvement. Rushe does not use tracking data for targeted advertising.
Declining a permission may limit certain features but will not prevent basic browsing of public content where available.
If Rushe offers paid features, transactions are processed through the official app store payment system.
We do not receive or store full payment details such as card numbers or banking information.
We may receive limited transaction confirmation data necessary to reflect purchase status within the app.
Rushe retains information only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to:
· Operate community features
· Handle moderation and dispute resolution
· Meet legal or regulatory requirements
Content and interaction data are removed or anonymized when no longer needed for these purposes.
Rushe does not sell, rent, or trade user data.
Information may be disclosed only when:
· Required by law or valid legal process
· Necessary to protect the safety, rights, or integrity of users or the service
Any disclosure is limited to what is strictly required.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data handled by Rushe.
No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we design our systems to reduce unnecessary data exposure.
As Rushe evolves, this Privacy Policy may be revised to reflect feature changes or legal requirements.
Updated versions will be made available within the app or through official channels.
Continued use of Rushe after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
Rushevalis provides an official contact channel for privacy-related matters, including:
